In the past, monitoring boost pressure, water temperature, and oil pressure at the same time usually meant installing several separate gauges on the A-pillar or center console. While this gave drivers full information, it also came with complicated installation, potential visual obstruction, and a cluttered interior, all of which took away from the overall look and feel of the cockpit.

Shadow FD EVO is built around the idea of "highly integrated display," bringing ECU data and external sensor readings together on a single screen. In a display just 2.42 inches wide, it can show up to 6 key driving data points at once, effectively replacing the function of three to four traditional gauges without adding any extra bulk.
